A Prayer for Seekers

Updated: Jan 23

We are not very big on simply reciting written prayers.  However, we would like to suggest the topic for a prayer.  For anyone sincerely interested in knowing the truth about the Jesus of the Bible, Jesus offers, “If any man will do His [God’s] will, he shall know of the doctrine [what Jesus had been teaching about himself], whether it be of [originates with] God, or whether I speak of myself [whether I just made it up].”  If you are willing to seriously consider what the New Testament teaches concerning Jesus, we suggest that you ask God to reveal to you who Jesus is and what he did for you.  Unfortunately, many Americans have little or no first-hand acquaintance with what the New Testament teaches about Jesus.  We think that you will be pleasantly surprised.   As you begin reading the New Testament, pray that God will cause you to know what is true.  Thanks for stopping by.
